GlowHigh Giveaways - Terms and Conditions

 

We are delighted to have you participate in our Promotions and Giveaway!

By participating in GlowHigh’s promotions and giveaways (the “Giveaways”), you fully accept these general terms and conditions of GlowHigh (“GlowHigh”) and acknowledge that you meet all eligibility requirements.

Our Giveaways are solely handled and run by GlowHigh, and are not sponsored, administered, or associated with Instagram, Inc. in any way.

ELIGIBILITY
If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain the approval of your parents or legal guardians to enter the Giveaways. GlowHigh may ask you, at any stage, to provide us with proof of age and/or identity and/or proof of such approval if relevant. GlowHigh reserves the right to exclude any participant who is unable to provide such proof.

DATE OF GIVEAWAYS
The Giveaways shall begin and end on the dates specified in the GlowHigh Instagram/Facebook posts. Entries after the closing date will not be allowed.

HOW TO ENTER
The entry procedure will be explained in the Giveaways posts on Instagram/Facebook or on specific pages on GlowHigh's sites. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the Giveaways, unless stated otherwise in the Instagram/Facebook post. Only one entry per person will be accepted, and multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Instagram/Facebook post. By entering a Giveaway, you will not be eligible to receive any prizes awarded in any other Giveaway unless you enter each Giveaway separately.

THE WINNER
The winner will be selected at random from all correct entries. The winner will be announced on social media and will be notified by email, DM on Instagram or Facebook chat (according to the contact info available) via our official GlowHigh account within five business days after the closing date of the Giveaway. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours, GlowHigh reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. GlowHigh's decision in respect of all matters related to the Giveaway will be final and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or third party.

PRIZE
The promotional prize will be one of GlowHigh's physical or digital products or services as indicated in the GlowHigh Instagram/Facebook post. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. If the prize is a discount and not a free product, please note that you can use only one discount/promo code per order.

SHIPMENT
Unless otherwise stated in the Instagram/Facebook post, shipping costs will be covered by the winner, and any local taxes that might apply will be the responsibility of the winner. The winner will be required to provide us with all the information needed to ship the product in case of a physical product (such as, but not limited to: full name, email address, full address, and phone number).

PERSONAL DATA
Each winner agrees that, by participating in a Giveaway, GlowHigh may use the winner’s name in any manner and in any medium for its promotional purposes without additional approval or compensation being required, including posting in a winner’s list, Facebook/Instagram post, and/or Instagram stories or Newsletter. Additionally, GlowHigh might ask for additional information for shipping purposes.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless GlowHigh, its legal representatives, respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection with the Giveaway or the acceptance of the prize.
