Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority.
However, please note that digital files, pre-order items and fabrics are not refundable (unless mentioned differently on the related product page), due to the fact that fabrics (including swatches) are cut per individual request or are being manufactured in a design or in quantities specifically for you. Therefore, whenever you are not sure about fabric colour, pattern, weight or style we recommend you to order a swatch or contact us before purchasing the full fabric. We do take accurate pictures that reflect the color and style of each fabric, however sometimes individual monitors and screens have different resolutions. This can affect the coloring shown in images.
Moreover, although we ensure all our products are independently inspected for quality before packaging and dispatching to our customers, from time to time, defects in fabrics may be found. In these cases, please contact us within 10 days of receipt of goods, and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photographic proof of the damage. If it is agreed that the fabric is defective, we will pay for the return shipping charge. However, the original shipping charge is non-refundable.
Special orders are a final sale. There are no refunds, no cancellation, and no returns.
For items in our site that are not digital and/or not customized or are not cut per order or are in sale, we will accept refund/exchanges.
All returns/exchanges must be done within 14 days of order receipt.
In order to exchange/return you must first email us to email@example.com
while emailing please write:
-order number, item name, sku number and color
-reason for return\ exchange
Once you've received your confirmation email for return, please send your item(s) back to the return address which show on your package within 7 days.
Include your invoice inside with a note on what you would like to do with the item.
If the item is not available you will be given a refund.
Please note that once we make a refund for any reason, shipping cost are NOT refundable.
In order to get a refund or exchange the product must be:
with no any visible signs of use.
with all the labels and tags on their place.
with the original condition, tickets and package.
If items appear used, have makeup or other stains, your return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
The payment for shipping return is on the buyer.
The payment for exchange shipping is on the buyer.

Online courses return policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the course.
Unless mentioned differently on the related course page, here is the return policy for our online courses:
Refund for an online course will be allowed during 30 days from the day of purchase (under our 30-day money-back guarantee) if course is not accessed, or if less than 20% of the course lessons where accessed/viewed. If during that time you are for any reason not satisfied contact us before starting the next lesson of the course, and we will refund you.
Please note: As soon as you click on the lesson name and that lesson is loaded, it will count as viewed. You does not necessarily need to interact with the content in order for it to count towards the viewed percentage. For example, you clicked to access a particular video lesson, but did not actually play the video, that lesson would still count towards your viewed percentage.
After that period of 30 days from the date of purchase, All Online Training Course Purchases are Final and Non-Refundable.
After day 30, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the course regardless if you complete the course.
Please note: If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 30 days, with the required coursework at the time of your refund request, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.
If for any reason payment does not go through, the access to the course will be immediately revoked, till the payment will be resumed.
[Please note, when checking out with one of our trusted INSTALLMENT PLANS third-party providers ('buy now pay later'). Some of them will charge us processing fees when you choose to checkout with them (you don't pay any fees). However, in case of a refund, these fees we pay on the original payment will not be returned. For example, when checking out with Sezzle, there will be 6% no refundable processing fees in case of a refund.
As much as we want to always be flexible, these third companies set their own rules about which fees apply for refunded payments, and we can't do anything about it. In case there are no fees apply from the third-party 'pay later' company, you will get a full refund].
All online training courses are tested extensively on all types of systems, browsers, and devices. However, we will be happy to assist you to get started with the course, if you are having any trouble.
Exchange Allowed: Participant will be allowed to exchange with other course (if available), if the course is not accessed within 30 days of purchase, or if less than 20% of the course lessons where accessed/viewed. Exchange request must be received by email at email@example.com
If you signed up for a free/paid trial period
You are granted the no. of days included in your trial period for accessing the course (the “Free Trial Period”). This allows you to sample courses. By signing up to Subscription/payment plan Access for the Free Trial Period, you agree that any statutory cooling-off period begins on the day you start your Free Trial Period and it ends exactly after the no. of days offered for this trial ends. Once your Free Trial Period has expired you have agreed to be charged the subscription/payment plan amount specified on the website, before any discounts or promotional codes have been applied.
To avoid being charged the subscription/payment plan fee for Subscription/payment plan Access, you must cancel your subscription/payment plan Access before the Free Trial Period ends (to cancle please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org we are happy to help). If you do cancel your subscription/payment plan after the Trial Period ends, you will continue to have access to the course and be charged according to your subscription/payment plan period. You are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.
When the trials period includes full access for the course, and the students complete 55% or more of the course, the students may not be eligible for cancelation and it will be considered depending the case.
Subscription Access Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds to payments made on any monthly subscription plan for Subscription Access. Your subscription will automatically renew unless and until you cancel your subscription or if your subscription is suspended or removed by GHF or until you complete the courses within your Subscription Access.
