We are just as excited as you are to send you our glamorous fabrics! We are doing our best to provide you with your item(s) as soon as possible. However, please note that delivery times might vary between countries.
Kindly note that once we receive your payment, we will ship your order within 1-3 working days, as long as we have the item(s) in stock. For customized orders, please find more information here.
*Please note that delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. Business days are Monday-Friday. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Any delays due to delivery company exceptions and weather-related delays are beyond our control.
We LOVE our international customers! We ship worldwide to most countries. *Please be advised that due to customs restrictions, some items cannot be shipped to certain countries. We do not currently ship orders to PO or APO boxes via international postage.
Please note that we are unable to change the shipping address once the package has been shipped. If the package says it was delivered and you did not receive it, it is out of our control. We are not responsible for any lost package(s). Also, if the package is returned to us as undeliverable, you will either be refunded for the purchase minus the original shipping cost, or we can resend the package at the buyer's cost. It is the buyer's responsibility to contact the carrier about any shipment complications.

We have no control over any duties and taxes for imports issued at the recipient's country. Duties and taxes issued in the country of origin are the responsibility of the recipient.
